The Lost Girls
You don’t see them. But they are out there. They are young girls. Silent victims of abuse. Exploited and neglected. Trapped in the dark and hopeless life in the streets
-
You Can Help Them
You can never save them all. But if you can at least help save just one of them, then your life is blessed. You can voluntary donate any amount to help support Tahanan Sta. Luisa, where they can regain their hope as human beings

Tahanan Sta. Luisa
Named in honor of Sta. Luisa de Marillac, a girl who grew up as an illegitimate child in a troubled world, in spite of which she found strength to dedicate her life to God by caring for the poor and abandoned, co-founding the Daughters and Ladies of Charity After her death she was beatified, canonized, and proclaimed as universal Patron of Social Workers
HISTORY
From its first home in Caloocan City in 1999, the center moved to Asilo de San Vicente de Paul in Manila in 2000 to 2002, and to Paco, Manila in 2002 until April 2004. Presently, the center is now permanently based in Quezon City, where the children enjoy the fresh air and quiet neighborhood as well as a bigger space for play, recreation, learning, and community living.
Although the Center has gone through varied transition periods due to change in management, the ultimate goal of the Center remained the same. The ultimate goal of the Tahanan Sta. Luisa Crisis Intervention Center is to facilitate recovery, gradually develop capacity for re-integration of the adolescent street girls below 12-17 years old as well as those who have been sexually abused, exploited and prostituted with their families when possible and /or society in general
